Open Positions

Certified teachers — every classroom.

Lead and Assistant Teacher roles are open across all of our age groups, full-time and part-time. Substitute and floating positions are also available.

6 wks – 12 mo

Infant Teacher

Provide warm, attentive care built around each baby's own rhythm of feeding, sleeping, and discovery — with daily updates families can count on.

1 – 2 years

Toddler Teacher

Guide busy little explorers through early language, movement, and independence in a safe, joyful, well-organized room.

3 years

Preschool Teacher

Lead purposeful, play-based learning across art, early literacy, and social skills using our Creative Curriculum® framework.

4 – 5 years

Pre-K Teacher

Prepare children for kindergarten with early reading, math, and the quiet confidence to walk in tall on day one.

5 – 12 years

Before & After School Teacher

Support school-age children with homework help, enrichment, and a calm, caring environment before and after the school day.

Flexible

Substitute & Floating Teachers

Bring steady, reliable support across classrooms as needed — an excellent fit for educators who want a flexible schedule.

What We Look For

The heart of a great teacher.

  • Genuine warmth, patience, and a love for children
  • Early-childhood credentials (CDA, ECE coursework or degree) or equivalent experience
  • First-Aid & CPR certification — or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Reliability, teamwork, and clear communication
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus, though not required
